Contacts Types

Each Contact is allocated a Type.

This describes what kind of Contact that person is, for example, a User, Vendor, Applicant etc.

New Types can be created at any time, and there is no limit to the number of Types defined.

Acquaint comes with a number of default Contact Types:

  • Applicant

  • Bank

  • Contractor

  • Estate Agent

  • Guarantor

  • Landlord

  • Local Authority

  • Managing Agent

  • Mortgage Provider

  • Publication

  • Solicitor

  • Tenant

  • User

  • Utility Supplier

  • Vendor
