Diary
The Diary is a tool that empowers your agency to organize your customer interactions and deliver better services. It can also help teams collaborate on appointments and share information with colleagues, such as viewings and valuations.
It acts as an efficient calendar, allowing you to plan, track, and manage various appointments related to your customers and even staff members.
We have two different views for the Diary.
The defaulted view will not display the empty slots on the diary, however it is possible to amend this via the settings in the hamburger icon.


Users will not be able to view Day by User → (horizontally) whilst the ‘Show Empty Time Slots’ option is off / unchecked, as unfortunately the horizontal layout is not supported when this setting is turned off.
