Expiring Certificates

How Certificates Expire

Certificates will be marked as Expired in the following scenarios:

a. You create a new certificate of the same type for either the Contact or Property - this action automatically expires the previous certificate.

b. You edit an existing certificate from either the Contact or Property record and update the expiry date then save your changes.
