More Details

The More Details screen allows you to add the following additional settings:

• Profession

• Alt Reference

• NI Number - (note: this is called PPS if using Acquaint in Ireland)

• Passport Number - this can be sent to Veriphy

• Driving Licence Number - this can be sent to Veriphy

• Tax Reference Number

• Rent Demands - whether demands are to be made by Email, Post, Email & Post or Not Required

If your Contact is set as a Landlord Type you will see “Landlord Settings”.

If you edit the Landlord settings you’ll be able to set lots of extra boxes.

You can set Management types and fees from this section too.
